Salernitana also made a Valentine's Day jersey
After Napoli, the granata also decided to follow in the footsteps of the front-runners
February 7th, 2023
A few weeks ago Napoli made a strange shirt with lips printed on it in honour of lovers' day, Valentine's Day, now the same initiative will be repeated by another team from Campania, Salernitana. The granata team with Zeus have unveiled the design of the new kit that will be worn in tonight's difficult match against Juventus, which will go on sale from tomorrow 8 February, a dedication to all those in love with these colours who have never left the team alone. The new jersey is nothing more than a copy of the first one, the only difference being that both the front and the back have different graphics with hearts and one reminiscent of sea waves. The white inscription on the nape of the neck 'Innamorata, innamòrati' (Fall in love, fall in love) embellishes the whole.
Innamoràti, innamòrati.

It is not so much the jersey itself that is a disaster, but the fact that we are now constantly subjected to an out-of-control quantity of football jersey releases, which after the usual home and away jerseys are then enriched with third and fourth jerseys up to special jerseys dedicated to anniversaries and public holidays. Napoli is an example of this, a club that has marked every date in red on the calendar to make a game jersey and it seems that teams are now following the same example, saturating the market with jerseys that will be used for one or a few matches. But the main question still remains, does a team really need these marketing operations to sell more and more?
