The special Cremonese jersey without logos and names
A return to the roots for the Lombardy club's 120th anniversary
March 16th, 2023
The away shirt that Cremonese will wear in the away match against Monza, scheduled for Saturday 18 March, is inspired by its origins. The kit of the 120th anniversary of the club, made by the technical partner Acerbis, is a clear reference to the first historical uniform of the club: white jersey with lilac collar and borders, black shorts and socks; black suit with collar and lilac borders for the goalkeeper. The most curious detail is undoubtedly that which sees the absence of the Usc logo, of the jersey sponsors, while on the back, instead, only the number will be present, without the personalisation with the player's surname. To enrich everything, the internal patch with the inscription: Seria A 2022-23, Monza-Cremonese 27th day.
A dive into the past to start the celebrations of the 120th anniversary of the foundation scheduled for next week. An initiative that is very reminiscent of the one made by Juventus a few years ago, again for the club's anniversary, and which was an absolute success. In fact, adidas too eliminated logos and players' names, creating a more than clean jersey with only the black and white stripes and the three stars of the championships achieved. The sales arrangements have not yet been announced, but what is certain is that the jersey will make its debut this weekend.d
