Genoa's new shirt for their return to Serie A

On 7 September next, Genoa Cricket and Football Club will celebrate 130 years of history, in the season that marks their return to Serie A after only one season in Serie B. Among the novelties of next season will be the new sponsor, in fact, the Omini of Kappa will return on the Gialloblù shirts, replacing Castore. The official announcement of the partnership comes with the presentation of the new jersey, with the traditional quarter division and a texture inspired by the symbol of Genoa, the sea.

The new Home shirt was presented as part of the events organised for the international sailing competition Ocean Race - The Grand Finale, confirming the inspiration from the sea that bathes Liguria. The concept of the launch campaign is "sea inside", meaning the sea as a physical place but also as a human condition and a collective state of mind shared by all the inhabitants of Genoa. For the next five seasons, Kappa will be an integral part of this relationship between the history of the Grifone and the fans, also imprinted on the back of the collar of the new shirt with the words "FROM THE BEGINNING, FOR FOREVER 130°".
