The 1969/70 season in Cagliari is still considered the most important for the Sardinian club and 54 years after winning the championship thanks to the goals of Gigi Riva, the team, together with their technical sponsor EYE Sport, has decided to celebrate the anniversary with a special jersey. As usual, Cagliari renews the tradition of the "Scudetto style" jerseys, already explored in the recent past, adding further details and making its design very close to the original jersey used at the time. Made of 100% acrylic fabric and white with red and blue details, it interprets the tradition of the jerseys of that time characterized by a V-neck collar with laces in navy blue. Embellished with the 4 Mori logo embroidered in felt on the heart side and with a red and blue border on the armholes, it also features a golden lurex embroidered label at the bottom right with the words "Champions of Italy 1969-1970".
The jersey is contained in a special box dedicated to the 1969/70 Italian Champions, inside which you can also find one of the most significant photos of that achievement. Wrapped around the product is tissue paper with the names of the players on the team, as well as the members of the technical staff and management. A tribute to the team that wrote the most glorious page in the history of the Sardinian club, still inspiring the group led by Claudio Ranieri.
