The month of May for Ajax could not end in a better way, with the release of the new Away jersey for the 2024/25 season, signed by adidas. The club based in Amsterdam will also present the home jersey at a later time, a release method that could be replicated by many other clubs and suppliers. We do not know the reason behind this decision. There may have been production issues with the home kit, or it could simply be a marketing strategy to focus fans' attention on the eye-catching design of the Away jersey. The playing shirt is presented in a yellow color scheme (used mainly for the Three Stripes, adidas logo, and crest) and various shades of blue. To complete the new away kit, Ajax has also created a training line that follows the same color blocking as the jersey.

The Ajax and adidas partnership continues to follow their distinctive approach of opting for extravagant and eye-catching patterns for their Away and Third versions. The pattern of the Away jersey for the 2024/25 season, which simulates brushstrokes and is reminiscent of The Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh, pays homage to the vast artistic heritage of the city of Amsterdam, which has always been considered one of the most important European capitals of art and culture. From Van Gogh to Rembrandt and Mondrian, the Netherlands is renowned for its artistic scene, which attracts millions of tourists every year, making it a popular destination for art lovers from all over the world. In order to honor a jersey with a unique design, Ajax and adidas could not have chosen a better way to present it than with a high-quality video campaign to be enjoyed by all. The Away jersey is now available on the Ajax and adidas websites.
