Not all heroes wear capes, it is said to emphasize the extraordinary everydayness of life. A phrase that returns every time the common man becomes the protagonist of Herculean deeds, amazing himself and others. And not all football heroes wear a jersey, at least according to Heinz and Kappa. The two brands, leaders respectively in food and sportswear, have joined forces to create new superheroes, giving them the perfect uniform to wear during their evenings when they save the world. What would happen if there was a custom-made outfit even for those who don't step onto the pitch but contribute in a decisive way, if not to the result, at least to the atmosphere that is felt in the stadium? And when we say "felt," we mean it literally, not metaphorically. The smell of the sizzling grill, the sound of bread being warmed over the fire, the taste of freshly cooked meat, and of course the sound of sauce packets being opened and closed rhythmically to enhance the sandwich before it is served to the hungry customers. Heinz and Kappa have created, starting from football jerseys, an apron used by panini makers outside the stadiums, who before and after each game feed an uncontainable number of fans.

Starting from Kappa's long experience in designing and producing football jerseys, a brand that has been able to build a unique and recognizable aesthetic, Heinz has put all its knowledge of the sacred art of sandwich-making into play to provide a work tool that will make all the chefs in the world envious. The one created for members of the Paninari Foodball Club will be the first apron with specific features to help workers' performance, thanks to technical innovations that come directly from the sportswear world - such as stain-resistant and stretchy fabric. After all, preparing and serving sandwiches after a football game is a sport in itself, which requires the best possible materials and a design that is studied to increase mobility and breathability. But the eye also wants its share, and the aesthetic reflects that of the players' jerseys, with Heinz as the commercial sponsor, Kappa as the technical sponsor, and the Paninari Foodball Club emblem on the chest.

The official uniform of Heinz and Kappa represents a further step in the historic relationship between football and food, to which the aesthetic aspect is also added at a time when sportswear inspirations are becoming increasingly frequent in the world of fashion. If the bloke-core phenomenon has pushed football jerseys into contexts far from the football world, the Heinz and Kappa apron takes the opposite path. It is everyday life that enters the pitch, thanks to the presentation of the garment as would be done for the launch of a major European team's Home jersey sponsored by Kappa, complete with slow-motion footage and graphics to highlight the most important aspects of the official uniform. Finally, the one that presents panini makers as real athletes, wearing the right costume to transform into the superheroes of the football night.

Currently, the apron is an ultra-limited edition, available only to selected influencers and panini makers, but the dream is to turn it into a second skin for all panini makers outside the stadiums.
