Inspired by the Rossoneri's origins, when Milan still had the name Football&Cricket Club
July 29th, 2024
On Saturday evening, the two top teams of PUMA, Manchester City and Milan, faced each other in a prestigious friendly match at the iconic Yankee Stadium in New York City. The stage was set for both teams to unveil their new jerseys that they will wear during the 2024/25 season, after the Home kits were already presented before the start of this US tour. PUMA chose an unprecedented solution, with Milan and Manchester City changing their jerseys at halftime, revealing the Away and Third kits of the two teams respectively. While City had already presented their third jersey with an event that combined football and basketball on the streets of the Big Apple, the away jersey of Milan, worn by Fonseca's team, had not yet been officially revealed.
Inspired by the origins of the Rossoneri, when Milan was still called the Cricket Club, the Club's Away kit for the 2024/25 season combines timeless elegance with a modern design to embody the essence of Milanismo. The classic white away kit, paired with a red and black polo collar and a monochromatic crest, embodies the tradition and elegance of a team that is and remains one of the most beloved and renowned in the world. The history of AC Milan as the Milan Football and Cricket Club is honored by the tonal pinstripe pattern.
