
The #BiggieNight of Brooklyn Nets
A banner in honor of the rapper will be exposed in the arena

During the night of the 12th of March, at the Barcalays Center in Brooklyn was hired the #BiggieNight, a party to celebrate the immense figure of Notorious B.I.G., probably the most representative rapper of the neighbor, during the hip hop golden age.

Brooklyn Nets wanted to honor his memory, with a special night, hosted by P. Diddy, friend and manager of Biggie. It was retired a jersey with number 72 and exposed a permanent banner in the arena. It was the first case of a similar honor in NBA for a rapper, “an incredible honor”, as DJ Enuff, Biggie historical DJ said.
Volette Wallace, Lil Kim and Faith Evans also attended the ceremony, as the entire Biggie’s family.
