Nike Tiempo Totti X Roma

Eternal, like the city he chose to dedicate his life and career to, Francesco Totti has reached the 25th consecutive year with the Roma shirt. From the academy to the Scudetto, from the World Cup to this amazing achievement, the Captain has always worn only one shirt, devoting his stunning talent to the giallorossi’s cause.

And to celebrate this inimitable marriage, Nike decided to produce a special edition of Pupone’s boots, the Nike Tiempo Totti X Roma. Realized in gold, black and red, these Tiempo homages the Eight King of Rome, way more than a simple player and way more than just a captain. Only 2500 lucky people will be able to purchase them, as these shoes must be unique as the player they represent.

Realized with golden upper, the Nike Tiempo Totti X Roma contains all the majesty of the Eternal City. The “Totti” writing and the swoosh are in black, while the inner sole is in red, with the “Totti X Roma” signature and the outline of the Scudetto. In this case, the “X” has a double meaning, representing both the partnership between Totti and Nike and the number 10 in roman figures. The black laces are covered by the tongue, realized specifically to fit with Totti’s foot neck. The internal side of the tongue is garnished with the latin writing “Aeterno”, while the black laces end with a red and yellow fade and the “Totti” signature. The sole of the Totti Tiempo X Roma is the same that the Roma’s captain used to wear back in 2000, with Intertrack Blade plated studs.

The Tiempo Totti x Roma boots launch April 26 and will be available from nike.com, the Pop-Up Totti X Roma store in Piazza San Lorenzo, Lucina and selected retailers.
