The tradition is respected: adidas football reveals the new AC Milan home shirt just in time for the last Serie A games. The 2017/18 jersey will be wear in fact this Sunday in the game against Bologna, when Milan will defend the 6^th position from the Fiorentina assault.

There are many elements of interest in this very traditional jersey. As described in the note that came together with the release, this jersey is inspired by two different decades of Milan history – 1950-60 and 1987-97 – and that saw Milan impose itself as one of the most important and glorious team in the world. The stripes are more-like the historic one and also the crewneck pays homage to the past. The innovation is represented by the three stripes that ended on the sleeves.

The release follows the indiscretion published by La Repubblica some days ago, according to which adidas is ready to renegotiate the sponsorship deal with Milan following the awful seasons of the club
