Kinfolk e Kappa realized a jersey inspired by 1997 Juventus
The streetwear brand looked at the Kappa archive to give a retro and vintage touch to this jersey

It seems that was only a matter of time before that the collaboration between Kappa and Kinfolk – the streetwear brand Tokyo and Brooklyn-based – happened. Jey Perie, Kinfolk creative director, was always a great football lover: «Kappa is a very important brand for me since I grew up with it in Southern Europe watching football throughout the 90s. The jersey that I’ve designed for Kappa carries vintage and retro-inspired influences from the Juventus Kappa heritage era, since I’ve always admired the simplicity of the black & white pattern».
The jersey of which Perie is talking about in collaboration between the two brands, and that takes inspirations from the Juventus style of 1997, the year of the Scudetto. The jersey, completely in polyester, is black and white and is another link of Kappa with its past, after the Kontroll collection.
The jersey is always available on the Kinfolk webstore.
