adidas Football presents AC Milan new away kit
Despite the modern design and the urban style, the new kit doesn't forget about the legendary past of the club

When last season was about to end, with AC Milan capable of reaching the European qualification again while having a change of propriety, adidas football got lots of approvals by presenting the new home kit for the 2017/18 season. Now, a few weeks later, the Three Stripes officially present the new away kit which, according to us, will make the Rossoneri supporters just as happy.
As the designer of the new kit say, the new AC Milan away shirt for the 17/18 season reinterprets with a bold spirit some sparks took from the kits of the past, those that contributed to creating the legend of the Grande Milan, presenting at the same time a modern look, crafted to fit perfectly with the daily urban style, confirming once more adidas’ philosophy, “from the stadium to the street”. A modern tendency with a retro graphic style, with a pattern based on a red and black "M" taken from an AC Milan document in which the club communicated about logos on the kits for the 1982/83 and 1983/84 seasons.
The tributes to the past don't end up there, as on the fabric there are the black and red stripes in plan sight, like the ones on the kits that led to two great European triumphs, the Champions League won in 2002/03 and the one in 2006/07. The design of the sleeves and the necklace is also an homage to the shirt used for the 1966/67 season. As we said, a modern shirt - perfect to be used for daily life - which doesn’t forget about the glorious history of AC Milan.
The new AC Milan away kit will be available only at adidas store and the club’s official store starting from June 29.
