What could be better than coming back home after a long day of work, sitting comfortably on the sofa with popcorn, and enjoying a good tv show on Netflix? Well, doing all that stuff with the possibility to watch four one hour-length episodes dedicated to your favorite football team. The lucky supporters that will be able to do that are Juventus’, as the club signed a deal with the streaming colossus.
The American company - that today has 104 million subscribers in 190 countries - is ready to produce a docu-series entirely focused on the Bianconeri, exploring all the unexplored aspects of Juventus players’ life. The training in Vinovo, but also all the backstage, the private moments of the players far from the media, coach Allegri and his staff’s technical meeting and much more.
Of course, the club is very satisfied with the deal, that confirms once more the will to become a Sports Entertainment brand at 360 degrees, taking advantage of all the assets and technologies available. For sure, Netflix is one of these, as it will allow Juventus to be seen in detail in every part of the world. The documentary will be filmed during the season and there’s no release date yet.
