Melo signature sneaker's story Rumors in the NBA say that Jordan could gave up on Melo's signature line

Jordan Brand may be halting production of Carmelo Anthony’s signature Melo shoe. The newly OKC players should, however, wear a mixture of Jordan shoes this season, including the Air Jordan XXXII and custom retro models, according to ESPN.
Joining the Jumpman upon his entrance to the league in 2003, Melo has been a fourteen-year face of Jordan Brand as an ambassador both on and off the court. The series, last seen in the form of the Melo M13, was the fifth longest-running signature shoe in NBA history, ranking behind only Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James and Allen Iverson. Let's enjoy a retrospection of all the Melo's signature line.

Jordan 1.5

Th beginning of the saga. It was 2003 when Melo joined the Nuggets, the first shoe  carried on the ‘.5’ theme, only this time featuring Carmelo’s name and rooted in retro.

Jordan 5.5

The Jordan Melo 5.5 drew inspiration from the AJ5 and AJ6, making for Carmelo’s second signature shoe, with a very '00s look.

Jordan Melo M3

the Jordan Melo M3 saw Anthony overtaking Mike on namesake steeze, though the Jumpman still outweighed his own logo. Clean colorways and smooth styling matched his demeanor.

Jordan Melo M4

Very similar to the M3, with darker colorways.

Jordan Melo M5

The Melo M5 leaped over nostalgia for a luxury hoops shoe made for their man of the moment.

Jordan Melo M6

The shoe came also with a revamped edition. Not the most sensational sneaker thought.

Jordan Melo M7

A modern look with flashy colorways.

Jordan Melo M8

The Melo M8 signed the big move back home to the Knicks for Melo. they would appeal to a major market while also looking tough enough to take on the streetball scene.

Jordan Melo M9

All out aggressive, the Melo M9 was a caged kick that could easily be mistaken for a Barkley or blacktop beast.

Jordan Melo M10

The Melo M10 carried over the celebrated Flight Plate tooling and put it beneath a leather base.

Jordan Melo M11

Swifter than the M10 but still linear in styling, the Melo M11 retained Flight Plate propulsion to the delight of hoopers, while implementing lighter tech up top.

Jordan Melo M12

Low profile in design but loud in color choices, the sleek styling and technical advances of the Melo M11 were smoothed out in less aggressive fashion on the Melo M12.

Jordan Melo M13

Maybe the best Melo's signature shoe.
