FIFA and EA Sports are selling broadcasting rights for the 2018 eWorld Cup Testifying the constant grown of the eSports market in professional football

If you need a further confirmation about the fact that eSports are becoming a bigger thing day after day in the professional sports world, you should know that FIFA and EA Sports are planning to sell the broadcasting rights for the “FIFA18 Global Series” and “FIFA eWorld Cup 2018”, apparently already verifying the interest of broadcasting companies.

This is part of the renovation that FIFA and EA Sports are realizing to improve the eSports offer that involves the transformation of the old “FIFA Interactive World Cup” in a tournament that will take place in the first part of 2018, ahead of the “FIFA eWorld Cup 2018” that will start in August. In the football eSports mundial, 64 players will challenge each other through the Ultimate Team mode (maybe with some of the brand new 4th kits) on PlayStation 4 and other 64 on Xbox One. A proper competition that, or at least FIFA and EA Sports hope that, will attract the broadcasting companies, that are already televising some games of the local championship and some Esports F1 races.
