EA Sports will produce the Team Icon kit designed by Angelo Trofa

In the last years, the FIFA Ultimate Team mode - the most famous and most played football simulator in the world - has become a proper generational phenomenon, that every year involves hundred of million gamers. For its fantasy-football-his modality, that allows the creation of the perfect squad, but also but the infinite possibilities of aesthetic customization, for example with the KITH x adidas Football jerseys or the fourth kits for the Three Stipes-branded clubs. Another kit that we have in mind is the Team Icon’s one, realized by Angelo Trofa for the second year - here you can find our interview on the matter - and that now, that’s the news, will be actually sold.

The news came directly from the London-based designer’s Twitter account, that also shared some details about the release. The Team Icon jersey will be realized by EA Sports and sold through the video games chain GameStop, possibly from April 4, but the release date and the price have yet to be confirmed. From the aesthetic point of view, the design is the same of the virtual twin, with a white basis and gold/dark blue diagonal stripes. The same lines are also in the sleeves outline and the neck collar, while the chest is embellished with Angelo Trofa’s logo and Team Icon crest. On the left sleev,e there’s the EA Sports symbol.
