Umbro unveils 2018/19 Everton home kit
The new Toffees' shirt made by the Double Diamond is strongly inspired by the 90s designs

After a really tremendous season (over 200 million spent last summer, many market's flops, Koeman's premature departure, the elimination from the Europa League and the current eighth place (that means no European qualification for the next season), Everton has at least launched a cool shirt for next year.

Through the official channels of the club (let's watch the video about the 'Go on' campaign, it's nice!) and the technical sponsor of the Toffees, Umbro, the home uniform 2018/2019 was announced: the background is traditionally blue but there are some peculiarities that you will notice immediately. First of all, the jersey has two different structures, since the main fabric has a melange texture, while one of the sleeves is absolutely more glossy. Around the collar, there are two small white buttons, while what is undoubtedly the showiest detail is the typical diamond's structure of Umbro in the lower edge of the sleeves which refers to 90s. The sponsors are the same for the last season: the betting agency Sports Pesa on the chest and the famous video game Angry Birds on the sleeves.
The new shirts were created after a period of 15 months in which the club has consulted several times with the fans, who have expressed their tastes and their preferences. The shirt will be worn as early as the last home match of the season against Southampton, already pre-ordered online and on sale starting next Saturday.
