The new Gunners' shirt, the first without Wenger on the bench in more than 20 years, looks amazing

After a few days of silence following the presentation of Borussia Dortmund’s new home kit, PUMA Football is back with the unveiling of the new Arsenal shirt. It’s a historic one for the Gunners, that for the first time in more than twenty years won’t start the season with Arsene Wenger on the bench. And while we’re still waiting for the official news about the new manager, that all points to be Unai Emery, we already have a certainty: the new Arsenal kit is awesome.

For the new era of the London club, PUMA Football brought its A-game, presenting a shirt that respects all the style standards: a nice design, nice texture of the fabric (at least at eyesight), a good proportion between the colors, and also a nice model: that fashion victim that is called Hector Bellerin. But back to us, the shirt body is divided into two main parts: one, the chest, is composed by two shades of red that creates some sort of diamond that divides PUMA branding and Arsenal crest from the “Fly Emirates” jersey sponsor. The other one, the shoulders, is mainly white, with a thicker texture on the sleeves where there’s also some red. The shorts and socks that complete this kit will be white, while the goalkeeper uniform will be entirely blue with purple shades.
