Guy Ritchie directs Beats by Dre spot x 2018 World Cup
"The Defiant Mixtape Vol. 1" starring Harry Kane, Neymar, Thierry Henry e Mesut Özil
June 7th, 2018
After the adidas and Nike spots for the 2018 World Cup, Beats offers a cinema lesson to everyone with the new commercial signed by the shrewd, quick and ironic style of Guy Ritchie. The director of Lock and Stock, The Snatch and Sherlock Holmes directed the spot "Made Defiant" in which he tells the ambitions of winning the next World Cup of Harry Kane, Mesut Özil, Benjamin Mendy and Neymar Jr. In characteristic Ritchie style, the film is narrated in a "cockney geezer" type accent by actor Paul Anderson ("Peaky Blinders"), which gives it a gangster-caper feel. There are also cameos from other football and sports stars like Serena Williams, an immense Thierry Henry, David De Gea, Eden Hazard and Patrice Evra.
The Beats advertising is a gonna be probably one of the most beautiful for this World Cup thanks to the soundtrack that includes "Bubblin" the new single by Anderson. Paak.
