adidas and Parley unveiled Real Madrid new third kit
As happened for Juve and Man United, the new Merengue shirt will be made by recycled plastic waste
August 7th, 2018
During a special event held last night in New York, Real Madrid presented his new third kit for the 2018/19 season, realized in collaboration between adidas Football and Parley for the Oceans. It’s not the first time that the German colossus teams up with the clubs to promote Parley, that in the last years committed to free our oceans from tons of plastic waste, reusing it to produce apparel and sportswear. Just like it did for Juventus’ third kit a few weeks ago.
Differently than last years, this collaboration between adidas, Parley and some of the biggest European clubs will comprehend every single third kit made for the next season, contributing to free many tons of plastic waste from the oceans. That’s thanks to Parley’s A.I.R. Strategy: Avoid, Intercept and Redesign. The shirt is also innovative in the colorway, as it presents a coral red jersey, with white details and the inevitable ‘club world cup’ badge.
