Kylian Mbappè shows the new Nike Mercurial
OG Nike's colors and recyclables material on the PSG's stars feet
November 26th, 2018
For the new Kylian Mbappè shoes, Nike has looked six years back, taking the model Nike GS made for Neymar during the London Olympics 2012. The previous shoes made for O' Ney were Nike's flagship shoe, innovative for its 160g of weight and made entirely with renewable and recyclable materials. The new Mercurial Superfly GS 360 posted yesterday on the Instagram profile of the Paris Saint Germain number 7 recover this concept, as well as the OG colors of Nike, black and volts. Those worn by the Brazilian were black and white, colorway also made in this update but in few limited edition pairs, as well as another much more colorful version in electric blue and volts. The characteristic of the shoe is linked to the chessboard of colors, with the tip that contrasts from the rest of the shoe and highlights the Swoosh which is placed on the outside of the toe.
The sole with heels is in hard plastics, the back is reinforced, while the upper is in canvas, with glossy plastic sections. The new Mercurial has laces but without a tongue detached from the rest of the structure of the shoe, taking advantage of the comfort of the Dynamic Fit Collar, long characteristic of the Nike sports models and true update of the 2012 version.
The shoes are now available on NikeiD, last week only 2018 pairs were released and the models were numbered on the heel, which makes it an exclusive piece. The tip so characteristic will not take our eyes off the run and the touch of the elegant touch of the ball of Kilian Mbappè.
