Two special Christmas jersey for Cagliari and Atalanta
A customized kit worn in the first Serie A Boxing Day

The 2018/2019 season will be remembered, among other things, as the first in which Serie A didn't stop for Christmas, following the Premier League model, and, also in Italy, the average spectators increases for each stadium during the 18th championship matches. The teams did not find themselves unready, there were initiatives on all fields and in particular, Cagliari Football Club, and BC Atalanta, which stopped Juventus on 2 to 2, took to the field with a special kit, customized with Christmas details, made in a limited edition and auctioned for charity.
The shirt that Nicolò Barella finds under the Christmas tree in the promotional spot is the official one of the Sardinian team, half red and blue, with a Christmas hat on the top of the traditional club crest. At the end of the match, won against Genoa, the jerseys were autographed by the players and, from today, they will be auctioned on the CharityStars platform and the profits will support the Los Quinchos association, which offers care and education to the Nicaraguan children.
In 2010 the Bergamo's club started to personalized Christmas jersey and sold them for charity. This year a limited edition (only 50 items) of the third official club's jersey was presented. On the left arm, the jersey is personalized with the date of the match while on the front of the tee the city's skyline is joined to the profile of a Christmas tree. The proceeds of the jerseys, sold at auction and available at the Atalanta Store in Bergamo, will go to the Atalanta Foundation.
