Juventus 2019/2020 home shirt will not have stripes

The concepts that had begun to circulate months ago were not fakes, as someone hoped: is not already 100% confirmed but the next home shirt for Juventus for the 2019/2020 season will be white and black, but without stripes. Waiting for the official presentation, in the last few hours a pic of the new uniform worn by Federico Bernardeschi and Paulo Dybala was spread online and immediately became viral: among the details that most impressed even the thin pink line that separates the two main colors, while the back is almost entirely black and the patch surrounding the sponsor Jeep disappears.

Obviously, the new adidas kit has divided into two factions the Juventus universe, and not only: for some it is innovative, for others it is almost irreverent given that the shirt of Juve, by tradition, has always had vertical stripes. In the meantime, we have already started to imagine where the inspiration came from: some reported the incredible resemblance to the dress worn by the leaders of the Contrada della Lupa during the Palio of Siena, but in reality it would be the new pattern used by the brand German, who will also adopted it for other clubs in his 'team' such as Fulham and Watford.
