The new Nike Air Max 98 x Kylian Mbappé

To celebrate the 21st birthday of the Paris Saint-Germain striker Kylian Mbappé, Nike has created a special version of the Air Max 98, designed by Sergio Lozano in 1998, when the French talent was born. The Air Max 98 dedicated to Mbappé is grey, drawing inspiration from the grey concrete housing of Bondy, the Parisian suburb where Mbappé grow up, featuring a camouflage pattern enriched with gold details. The new 'KM' logo of the PSG star appear on the right shoe in place of the iconic Air Max logo, paired with the two gold stars on the left one. The sneaker also features a '93' on the insole, recalling the Bondy area code, French flags on the lower upper, Nike swoosh on the outer upper and the golden Air inscription on the outer heel.

The new Nike Air Max 98 x Mbappé, who will turn 21 December 20th, are now available on the Nike official online store (181€), and they could be included in a wider Nike x Mbappé collection entirely dedicated to the French striker.
