The first Nike x Kylian Mbappé collection

After the Air Max 98 to celebrate its 21st birthday, Nike unveiled 'Bondy Dreams', the first collection dedicated to Kylian Mbappé and his origins. The collection pays tribute to the county of Bondy, the Parisian suburb when Mbappé was born, who through social media summed up the launch of the collection as follows: "From Bondy's streets to the largest courts in the world". The capsule - which includes a training shirt, a hoodie, a hat, a pouch, a ball and a T-shirt with the words 'Sans risque il n'y a pas de victoire' ('without risk there is no victory') - recalls Bondy in every detail: from the name to the green colour, that of the AS Bondy Football Club where Mbappé took his first steps with the ball. "It's a sign of recognition. I spent most of my life there and I built myself on it," explained the Paris Saint-Germain striker.

On Sunday 8 December Kylian Mbappé welcomed 125 young AS Bondy members to the Stade de France to give away some of the capsule items, in which stands out the Mercurial 7, Mbappé's new signature shoes that combine the green of AS Bondy, the grey that symbolises the concrete of the suburb and the gold that recalls the trophies won by the French striker. All the pieces of the capsule have the number '93', which refers to the identification number of the Bondy arrondissement (Senna-Saint-Denis).
