The new collaboration between Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance

It seems that this time Teddy Santis wants to keep us waiting for a good time before giving us a total look of the new collaboration between his brand, Aimé Leon Dore and New Balance.

In the last few weeks, through the advertising campaigns, ''Runners are not normal'' are reminiscent of the 90s adv - with a style already used last year for the FW19 collection - the Queens-based brand some looks and the revisiting of a less conventional New Balance model, at least compared to the two iconic sneakers on which Teddy Santis had already worked, it is the 827 Abzorb.

Originally presented on a white net base with contrasting blue, light blue, green and yellow details and overlays that accentuate the rather complex construction of the model, this daddy shoe will also be launched in two other colors, one with a yellow base and one with a red base, glimpsed in the short teaser published yesterday on the brand's Instagram channel.

The video shows two men, dressed in NB x ALD co-branded clothing, engaged in a morning run under the ferrous bridges of a New York at dawn, with a jazz melody as a background.

For now we only know that the raffle for the New Balance 827 Abzorb will be exclusive for those who received the e-mail directly from Aimé Leon Dore, while for the official release open to the public, both sneakers and all the apparel, the date set is May 1st.
