The new Inter away shirt by Nike for the 2020/2021 season
The Memphis collective is still a source of inspiration for the Nerazzurri

After presenting the new home shirt and training kit, Inter also unveiled the Nike shirt that will be used during away games during the 2020/2021 season.
Just like the zig-zag sweater, the away one also has an innovative design, inspired by the Memphis collective, an artistic movement founded by Ettore Sottsass in the early 1980s.
Following this reference, Inter presented the new shirt through a video in which the keywords are in fact "Made of inspiration", "unconventional", "disruptive'' and "rebels", giving further value to a radically different aesthetic compared to that used in the last 20 seasons.
The shirt has a white base with black and blue lines that form a grid that completely covers the shirt, including the sleeves. The V-neck, also black and blue, is the only detachment element of the whole jacket. The shorts and white socks instead complete the kit, with the latter having the word ''Inter'' on the shin in a font that can still be associated with the Memphis collective.
"The alternating lines of black and blue create a really fresh interpretation of the club's typical outdoor look and really reinforce their Nerazzurri identity" said Scott Munson, vice president of Nike Football Apparel.
