The PUMA Speedcat made for Ferrari

PUMA presented the new shoes in collaboration with Ferrari, the PUMA Speedcat, a historic sneaker whose first model is dated 1998. Available in black (PUMA Black) and red (Rosso Corsa) models, the line is the same as the classic model that has remained famous over the years by the many drivers who have attended the Maranello team.

The color of the livery follows that of the reference model - red for the Red Corsa and black for PUMA Black - and the fabric is made entirely of smooth suede and with the leather seam of the PUMA brand along the entire side. Above the iconic symbol there is also the puma gold logo font, while below, next to the heel there is a small Ferrari shield. On the tip of the upper, moved inwards, there is the cougar of the Logo of the German brand; the embroidery of the logo is also present on the tongue and behind the heel. The design of the shoe, while elegant, gives the entire sneaker an aerodynamic line, with the rubber sole whose pattern looks identical to that of a single-seater rubber. The result is that of an agile and stylish sneaker, in which PUMA's sporting reference is linked to Ferrari's classy aesthetic.

The relationship between the two brands is renewed, after over the years they have worked several times together to create not only outfits but also sneakers of various kinds, such as Race X, SF Cell Alien or Race Cart Tech. The collaboration between the two brands was born in the nineties, when PUMA designed shoes for maranello pilots, totally fireproof and technical but with an elegant design, followed later by a dense production of lifestyle collections.
