Real estate is Tom Brady's real business
The 7-time NFL champion is not only the best QB but also an amazing businessman

There was no need for Super Bowl number 7 - out of 10 played - to define a "legend" as a man who already is a legend. Tom Brady is the greatest football player of all time: his rings, his approach to decisive games and his longevity, comparable to that of MJ, say it. But in his 20-year career, Brady has not only been the best quarterback but also an amazing businessman. To the 350 million of earnings that come only from contracts with NFL franchises, we must add those coming from endorsements but above all those deriving from real estate investments.
With Gisele Bündchen at his side, Brady bought and sold 6 luxury properties, spending about 60 million dollars but earning 157.7 million from resale. The Back Bay Penthouse in Boston and the Brentwood mansion (sold for a price not that much to please Dr. Dre), the Brookline estate in Massachusetts and the Yellowstone Club in Montana, with nice neighbors like Justin Timberlake and Bill Gates , but also the penthouse at One Madison Tower and the apartment in the Tribeca neighborhood in NYC: every house in which Tom Brady lives becomes an heirloom whose value often triples within a few years.
But it is his latest home that really makes you understand the needs and luxury (never ostentatious) of Tom and Gisele. For the modest sum of $ 17 million, the couple bought a property on an island - Indian Creek Island - in Florida, not too far from Miami. The island is also called "Billionaire Bunker" due to both its 42 millionaire residents and the safety of 13 law enforcement officers who control the perimeter by water and land. From Bill Gates and Justin Timberlake, Brady dropped by for coffee with Carl Icahn, Adriana Lima, Ivanka Trump and Julio Iglesias. The island's 30 properties - access to which is controlled by the "local" police - are accompanied by an 18-hole golf club. There are no pictures of Brady's house because it is virtually impossible to get inside. In reality, the property is not the Bradys' main home, also because, according to Page Six, the two are planning to demolish it and build a more ecological one.
The move to the Buccaners prompted the couple to move to Tampa, more precisely in St. Petersburg. While the name may be misleading, the 7-time champion has settled in Tampa Bay in what was nicknamed "St. Jetersburg" a few years ago after its former owner. It was in fact from Derek Jeter, historic shortstop of the New York Yankees. The house, which the Brady family is currently renting for around $ 75,000 a month, has 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an entertainment room, and a pool room that wraps around a swimming pool with two private docks for boats. The home covers an area of approximately 3,000 square meters and is exactly 7.5 miles from the AdventHealth Training Center, the second home of Brady and his Bucs.
Considering that Brady's two-year contract is worth $ 50 million - not including the 9 bonuses that we imagine he'll all collect - the $ 75,000 that goes out of his account every month shouldn't be a problem.
