Zenit St Petersburg made the perfect Christmas Jumper
A year-round jumper with the 1940 logo

Christmas jumpers are a typical tradition in American basketball (which also includes Ugly Christmas Sweater Day). Christmas jumpers at least in America are part of the Christmas Day programme, a day that has become an annual tradition since the league's second season in 1947. An item that has also become very popular in Europe, especially in England, so much so that it is now one of the most sought-after items by fans of Premier League clubs.
Over the years, teams in Italy and elsewhere have also started to make them, often playing with Christmas decorations, patterns and colours. The results were often not excellent, but fortunately they are only used a few days a year. Yet amidst the jungle of garlands, trees and stylised Santas, Zenit St Petersburg has created a jumper inspired by Christmas, but wearable all year round, elegant and refined at the same time, made in navy blue with the logo adopted by the club from 1940 to 1977, all presented in a postcard-style campaign.

Completing the Russian club's look is also a scarf, hat and gloves all bearing the same logo. A unique way to carry your football obsession outside the pitch, a stylish item that can be worn on a daily basis, away from the symbols and colours of Christmas but perfect for this season.
