If in Serie A Napoli is close to releasing its thirteenth jersey, even in Serie B the situation is no less, just last weekend Vicenza released a new jersey that comes from the close collaboration between the designers of Diesel with the know-how of Lotto. A creative project strongly desired by patron Renzo Rosso, which was promptly welcomed by Andrea Tomat, President of Lotto. The uniform entitled "ICON" presents a design that reinterprets tradition in a futuristic composition, a stylistic and graphic reinterpretation of great impact. The white and red of the Vicenza team are recomposed in broken horizontal and vertical red stripes, of different lengths, on the traditional white field. The print inside the stripes reproduces a micro-texture of triangles with a captivating 3D effect.

The collaboration between Diesel (a Vicenza-based company) and Vicenza proves once again that in Italian football, geography is a criterion of choice when selecting both artistic and commercial partners. The links between team, brand and territory are in fact increasingly frequent and have played and still play a fundamental role, as we have also seen with Padova and Replay, useful both to the team and to the brand with a product extremely focused on the community and capable of positioning the brand in terms of credibility and values. A strategy that has proved to be successful in most cases, but Vicenza and Padova are not the only ones, Bologna and Macron are the perfect example of a link not only territorial that has been going on for exactly twenty years, in the same championship of Vicenza also Parma has decided to bind itself to a brand of the territory, Erreà. Collaborations that have gradually convinced more and more clubs to move in a direction that will consolidate their image in the area but also increase their target audience and attract more attention from a generalist public.
