Hellas Verona's new jersey is a dedication to the city
Innovating while remaining true to tradition
June 30th, 2022
This morning Macron and Hellas Verona officially presented the new home shirt for the season created to underline the link with the city. Compared to last year there are few changes, the jersey is still dominated by Verona blue with a V-neck in knit and bordered in Verona yellow, but the biggest novelty of the kit is represented by the large cross that dominates the entire front of the jersey and that recalls the city banner of the city of Verona. On this jersey the cross is represented by the two mighty mastiffs that already make up the club's logo, here proposed in embossed graphics, tone on tone and repeated. The backneck is customised with the club's colours and its year of foundation, 1903, whose 120th anniversary will be celebrated during the new football season. On the backneck is embroidered, again in yellow, the word VERONA.
The home kit is completed by shorts in Verona blue with drawstring and yellow side stripes and socks in Verona blue with a yellow band on the upper edge and above the ankle, the latter with the Macron on the inside and on the front, while on the back again the detail of the hounds facing in opposite directions. Innovating while remaining faithful to tradition, this was the intention of Macron and the team from Veneto who, after having dedicated last season's jersey to Dante Aligheri, this year they have not betrayed expectations.
