Off-White is Milan's new Style Partner

UPDATE 4/10/22: After weeks of rumours and indiscretions, the official announcement that everyone was waiting for has finally arrived. Off-White, the brand founded by Virgil Abloh, will become the official Style and Culture Curator of AC Milan. A collaboration that will not be limited to designing the formal wear of the Rossoneri club, but will link one of the teams with the deepest and most successful tradition in Europe with a brand that has always broken and revolutionised the rules. The initiative stems from Virgil Abloh's "I Support" idea, with players and spectators alike committing to support a series of ideals under the concept of "WEAR YOUR HEART ON YOUR SLEEVE".

Off-White has always been very close to sports, and to soccer in particular, since Virgil Abloh in his youth played with Boylan Titans, a grassroots team from Chicago, and over the years has produced projects such as "Soccer Jersey Culture" and "Football, Mon Amour." So it would be a major challenge to make garments or lifestyle collections for one of the world's oldest and most successful soccer clubs, while maintaining the recognizability of one of the most innovative brands of this generation.
