The new Napoli shirt dedicated to Halloween
The first 'Special Edition' of the year will be with bats
September 30th, 2022
Here we go again, Napoli presented the fifth jersey of the season, the first 'Special Edition' of 22/23 dedicated to the scariest night of the year, Halloween. After the one made with spider webs last year, this year De Lauretiis' club has opted for another animal that is usually associated with All Saints' Day, bats here worn on the classic blue jersey.
Thus begins the climb of De Laurentiis' team towards 13 kits for the season, exorbitant numbers for a team that since its refoundation has always focused on jerseys, releasing more than any other team. It is true that since there is no limit on the number of jerseys that can be adopted and therefore no team is obliged to present a certain number of kits, but at a time when every club is always very attentive to sustainability, the choice of the Neapolitan team seems to go against the trend. Like last year, Napoli's seems like a confusing strategy, with the high risk of both stressing the market once again and the patience of the fans with a jersey for a holiday not exactly so celebrated in Italy.
