Herno is the new formal wear of Barcelona
The Italian brand will also dress the women's and basketball teams

After the expiration of the agreement with Thom Browne, FC Barcelona today made official a partnership with Herno. The historic Italian fashion company will become the club's official Formal Wear partner for the next three seasons, until 2024/25. Not only the men's football team, Herno will dress the women's team and the basketball team during their trips to European competitions, as well as the finals of the different competitions in which the teams may participate.
The Barça team and all the staff will wear Herno from next January. It is the first time that all three professional sports teams share the same partner for formal wear. For Herno, which creates garments that are unique in terms of research, manufacture and technology, the challenge is to dress players with very different physicalities, including football men and women, and basketball players. An important agreement for Herno, which will benefit from the much media attention reserved for the Catalan team, for an Italian brand that for over 70 years has represented one of the excellences of Made in Italy with a history of continuous evolution, from the first mackintoshes of the 1940s to the production of today.
