PLACES+FACES presented a collection inspired by the Seleção

The atmosphere on the beaches of Bahia and Rio de Janeiro is the inspiration behind the latest collection that PLACES+FACES presented in recent days and will be available starting Friday, May 12. The London-based brand in particular was inspired by the colors and uniforms of the Brazilian national team, incorporating the Seleção logo on tees and hoodies in the collection's items. The colors of the garments echo those of the flag and uniforms of the verdeoro national team, with some references to kits from the 1980s and 1990s. Although the collection is inspired by a vintage style, some items such as the blue sweatshirt, tank tops, and T-shirts include the most recent crest of the Brazilian national team, presented in 2020 and designed by Dalton Maag studio.

An interesting detail of the collection is related to the logo, within which the CBF (Confederação Brasileira de Futebol) initials are replaced with P+F, the brand's logo that is also included in the hoodie, recalling the background of the Home jersey used during the 1994 World Cup. A collection that confirms how the Brazilcore trend is making a comeback in the run-up to summer.
