Built in 1965, the Carlo Castellani stadium will be Empoli's home again next season, with the difference that it will change its name, becoming Stadio Carlo Castellani Computer Gross Arena. The new name of the facility confirms the link between the club and the Empoli company that has been sponsoring the team's jerseys for almost twenty years and will help redevelop the stadium with works that will begin in the summer of 2024.

Once the championship is over, in fact, the Carlo Castellani Computer Gross Arena will undergo some restyling work, making the facility named after the Tuscan footballer (third all-time for goals scored with Empoli) who died in 1944 after being deported to the Mauthausen concentration camp. Among the changes that will be made to the stadium is the almost total redevelopment of the stands, which will be brought closer to the playing field by removing the athletics track that is present now. The stadium will retain some of the areas that are present now but will also be supplemented with areas dedicated to services and commercial activities.
