It will be worn by the men's and women's team in the next round of the championships
December 6th, 2023
As in the best cinematic twists and turns, Inter presented a new limited edition collection dedicated to one of the audience's most beloved film sagas: the Transformers. The new jersey is part of the partnership that as of this season the Nerazzurri have entered into with Paramount+, the streaming platform that as of December 8, in addition to the first six chapters of the saga and the animated series Transformers: Earthspark, will allow customers exclusive access for 45 days to the latest film Transformers: the Awakening.
In fact, on the Nerazzurri's home jersey instead of the logo of the production company there will be the Transformers logo, and the kit will be worn by the men's first team during Sunday's match against Udinese and by the women's team during the home match against Sampdoria. There will also be two Transformers on the sidelines during the matches, the same ones that appear in the images presenting the collection. The jerseys worn during the match against Udinese will also be auctioned on eBay and donated to pediatric patients of some Milan hospitals.
The operation and the promotion to the products launched by the jersey sponsor, however unusual is reminiscent of what Barcelona did in the last two seasons with Spotify, but especially to the 2003/2004 season of Atletico Madrid, when accomplice to the partnership with Columbia Pictures, the Colchoneros wore on their jerseys the logos of sagas such as Spider Man, Zorro or Peter Pan.
