The new Tacchettee collection for the FIGC
Dedicated to the best memories of the Italian national football team
December 11th, 2023
The Italian national football team managed to reach the group stage of EURO 2024, guaranteeing fans another summer in front of the TV, waving flags and blowing horns in the streets. Hoping that Luciano Spalletti's team will bring new happy memories, in the meantime, the brand Tacchetee presented a collection made in collaboration with the FIGC and inspired by some of the most unforgettable moments in the Azzurri's history, such as Francesco Totti's spoon at EURO 2000 or Fabio Grosso's run immediately after scoring in the 2006 World Cup semi-final.
Tacchettee becomes the official licensee of the FIGC and launches a collection of tees, trousers and hoodies characterised by knitted embroidery and symbols of the federation. Through the garments, memories of the national team and of tournaments that have united generations are retraced, from the magical nights of Italia 90 to Tardelli's jubilation in the final against West Germany in Madrid in the 1982 World Cup final. 2000 was also a year in which the aesthetics of the national team reached the highest peaks: the Nike uniforms, the generation of Nesta, Cannavaro and Del Piero who were starting to make it big, and the gestures that have remained in the collective memory such as Totti's spoon in the Netherlands during the European Championships. All of this in the new Tacchettee x Italia FIGC collection, already available online.
