The Paris Saint-Germain also presents the new home jersey for the 2024/2025 season - the one that will mark the beginning of a new era for the club, with the already certain departure of Kylian Mbappé. The main feature of the match jersey is the iconic "Hechter" stripe, a true institution belonging to the visual identity of PSG, which vertically crosses the entire front and has been revisited in a contemporary version. This is the second kit released by Nike after the one for Liverpool: unlike the Reds' kit, the kit of the Parisians was presented through a launch campaign in which you can catch a glimpse of the font used for numbers and name on the back in oversized dimensions. Nike and Paris Saint-Germain have chosen, once again, not to abandon tradition and renew the famous design with a paintbrush effect, drawing inspiration from the urban art scene that characterizes Paris.
The jersey incorporates Nike's latest high-performance technology, Dri-FIT ADV, designed to enhance athletic performance. It was developed at the Nike Sport Research Lab (NSRL) in Beaverton, Oregon, using advanced body mapping technologies such as 4D data analysis and computational methods. These new technologies were also used to create the images for the home jersey campaign, made with the help of AI to amplify the possibilities of traditional photography. An innovative approach that demonstrates Paris Saint-Germain's commitment to providing fans with a more creative experience through the use of cutting-edge technologies.
