Modena, a provincial capital and a city of immense cultural impact, is at the centre of New Balance's new project, which celebrates its history and its link with football through an exclusive zine. Presented on Saturday in the hours before the match, the Boston-based brand rented and customised an entire newsstand in the city centre to present "I Canarini". A heartfelt homage, which is part of New Balance's path in the world of football and its desire to restore value to the territories and their unique stories. As underlined by Carlo Rivetti, owner of Modena FC: "We wanted to give something back to a territory that has given us so much. The best way to do this is to show respect and pride for the city and the team. We are taking every step with this awareness, and I am certain that together we will take Modena to the level we all dream of."

Fans received the NB zine free of charge at a local newsagent's, immersing themselves in the narrative of a team and a city deeply connected. Something the president himself aspires to, that of wanting to make Modena FC a true family rather than a club. Making the experience even more authentic was Massimo, owner of the famous Bar Tiffany and the face of the magazine cover, who welcomed all present with traditional gnocco fritto and other Modenese specialities before the important match against Spezia. Once it was two o'clock in the afternoon, all the onlookers around the newsstand moved en masse to the Stadio Alberto Braglia to watch the match against Spezia. A difficult match on paper, given the guests' almost promotion-worthy average, but one that Modena managed to manage, risking very little throughout the ninety minutes. As always, the match did not lack the support of the home fans, who, as the zine "I Canarini" testified, never stopped cheering and supporting their team towards victory.
