Finally, a wonderful Christmas style in NBA

Stance began to work with the NBA a few years ago. Starting from this year, Stance will produce socks for all teams, all different and personalized. On October 30 the NBA has officially unveiled the new uniforms of the Christmas Night, accompanied by a beautiful creation by Stance.
Since 2012, a tradition began to spread: the Xmas jersey one, which this year has returned to shine after seasons of least questionable design. We retrace this (short) history, analyzing every model, highlighting strengths and condemning defects.
2012
The "#BIGcolor unis" inaugurate the uniform special edition Christmas. The adidas choice was to adopt a single solution color, different for each team, which also involves numbers. New York, found a total orange look difficult to digest. Same for Bulls and Clippers. The Rocket instead, are seen delivering a nondescript gray uniform. Like all drastic solutions, however, this one is able to have a positive side. And that side is represented by the total white look Lakers, almost fluorescent yellow Pacers and the splendid uniforms of the Denver Nuggets.
2013
The annus horribilis for the Christmas hersey comes early, too early. 2013 is the year the NBA insistently tries to convince its audience of the coolness of the t-shirt with short sleeves. An operation strongly supported by adidas. In that Xmas NBA roster wore super tight jersey and with a silver logo of the franchise very large at the center of the uniform. Dirk Nowitski expressed disappointment with the usual class "tell me I'm old-fashioned, but these new uniforms are horrible," and LeBron came to accuse the shirt of limiting his movements. The pill was slightly softened by beautiful commercial intoned the classic Jingle Bells.
2014
The Christmas season of 2014 was generally hailed by the entire NBA as the one of liberation from the sleeves. It was shelved the monochrome idea, and the teams returned to wear their normal colors. The plus of that year, however, were the names on the jacket: positioned at the bottom, in a frame of a different color from the writing, but also representing the name of the player and not - as usual - the surname. Nobody wanted to miss the chance to show off in the cold playground of the East coast the "Kobe" or "LeBron" jersey.
2015
The uniforms of this year finally have reason to be called "Christmas jersey" and the instant success with the public has shown how strong is, in the US and Europe, the legacy to tradition during this holiday. The jersey echo the concept of primary color, but it is used in a more classic way, and opposed to white or blue or red or black. A color palette very simple, but tremendously effective. The numbers and names font of the franchise was the stroke of genius: a trivial Christmas style. A return to vintage, underlined by the inclusion of the uniforms in line NBA'Season Greeting Collection. As already mentioned, the guessed outfit is completed by the Stance socks holiday sweater style. A Christmas finally stylistically pleasing.
