Umbro and Loyle Carner - british rapper who attendet the last Outlook Festival - have linked up once again for this ‘Guyana’ shirt, which pays homage to Loyle’s Guyanese roots on a retro-inspired kit. Loyle Carner recently traveled to Georgetown, Guyana, to work with flautist and composer Keith Waithe at Brutal Tracks studios in the capital city, with the record label’s logo featuring as the main shirt sponsor.
The special 'Guyana' shirt features some details of the Guyanese flag, with a red and green vertical sash running down the front alongside the LCFC logo (referring to the 'fake team' created by Loyle), Umbro Double Diamond detailing on the sleeves and a 'polo' collar to give the shirt a vintage touch. The back of the shirt features a number ‘7’ below the ‘Carner’ name printed with retro typography.
