Nike presents Inter FC and AS Roma third kits

AS Roma and Inter FC just presented this morning the third kit for the 2017-18 season, designed by Nike. Starting from the giallorossi, the kit presents a tonal dazzle camo in dark velvet brown. Throughout the kit, the club’s secondary color of orange provides an iconic pop. Meanwhile, subtle light brown dotting forms the player numbers, below which stand a clear symbol of club pride: “AS Roma” knit directly into the shirt. 

The Inter's jersey presents the same design scheme as Roma's. It features a dazzle camo in tonal shades of thunder blue. The details are yellow fluo, shorts and socks accent the pattern of the kit body. An ode to club pride, a bold “INTER,” is knit below the player numbers, which are delineated by a bright yellow and blue polka dotting, on the back.

Technology wise, both of the kits are made with Nike's technology AeroSwift. The design process creates a lightweight product and facilitates performance at the highest level. Nike claims that the resulting kits are 10% lighter and dry 25% faster than previous kits, with 50% more stretch. Every part of the kit is fine-tuned for the athlete to operate at top speed, with geometric knit zones that enhance fit and comfort, ventilation stripes that expand when the player is in motion.

Both of the new kits will be worn for the next Serie A game on September 16: Inter away against Crotone and Roma at the Olimpico against Hellas Verona. The kits will be available from September 12 on nike.com, the team's official online store and from select retailers.
