Nike x Team USA: the medal stand collection

All medal ceremonies (except hockey) for the Olympic Winter Games in PyeongChang will be held in open-air arenas where temperatures are expected to be below freezing. That’s why Nike’s 2018 Team USA Medal Stand Collection was designed to help American athletes comfortably withstand the elements as they celebrate their crowning moments.

The collection is composed of four different items the jacket system, pants, gloves, and boots. The Summit Jacket System the zip-in, zip-out system includes the Team USA Hypershield Summit Jacket, a lightweight GORE-TEX® waterproof jacket, and removable bomber. The USA Team pant is made with a DWR coat that provides protection from rain and snow. The most iconic piece of the collection are definitely the boots: Built to conquer the cold, the boots have a lace-free closure system that allows athletes to quickly dial their fit

Nike’s Team USA Medal Stand Collection, in addition to other Nike Team USA apparel, footwear and accessories, will be available January 15 on nike.com and at select retailers.
