Here's new Arsenal third kit made by PUMA
It was released in Singapore and obviously there's Bellerin as testimonial

After launching home and away shirts, Puma has chosen an original scenario like that of Singapore to present the third Arsenal jersey for the 2018/2019 season. Photographed among the Asian city skyline, where the Gunners are on tour for a few days, the testimonials of this photo shoot were Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Mesut Ozil, Peter Cech, Henrik Mkhitaryan and, of course, Hector Bellerin.
Even the Arsenal kit, like practically all the jerseys released this summer, has been designed going to resemble for something from the past. First of all, we start with the basic color, a light green called 'Biscay Green' accompanied by 'Peacoat Navy' finishes which remind of an old shirt from the 1982/1983 season. And then there is a special graphic hidden under the sponsor, which represents a W and indicates the attacking part of the famous WM formation introduced in the '30s by Herbert Chaplin. If the most attentive have noticed, in the second jersey 2018/2019 was instead the M graphic in the jersey's fabric. Other two particular details to report are certainly the collar and the double navy band on the sleeves.
