It's finally here, in just three days Serie A will restart for what promises to be a very hard-fought and uncertain season, and teams have unveiled the jerseys they will wear in this long year. Compared to its foreign counterparts, Serie A has a wide variety of technical sponsors, so that it produces very different jerseys in terms of template, colors and fit. So let's see which ones have convinced us the most and look forward to seeing them worn on domestic fields.
10. Milan Home - PUMA
The reigning Italian champion team obviously chose a shirt with the Rossoneri stripes but with a more modern design, looking for a combination of fashion, design, street culture and heritage. Qualities that define the city of Milan and the new Rossoneri course of talent and exuberance.
9. Fiorentina Away - Kappa
Fiorentina comes to the starting ribbons with a new logo and a new visual identity, perfectly represented by the away version of the lily jersey. White with the big V of I Viola, an element introduced in the club's new logo as a tribute to color and community, it unites the past and future of a unique team.
8. Verona Away - Macron
The Verona away jersey's is a tribute to the stone with which the city was built, specifically the Gavi Arch, for two thousand years among the most important and significant symbols of Verona. Completing the kit are the knit polo collar and yellow-blue details on the sleeves and sides for an extremely stylish finish.
7. Sassuolo Away - PUMA
Inspired by the 'Made With Style' concept, Sassuolo's away version aims to enhance the jersey not only as a sports item. The neroverdi's new kit features a regular fit and a new design, decorated with green accents all along the jersey on a very simple white background bringing out the team's main color.
6. Torino Third - Joma
Torino relied on Joma to refresh its image as revealed by the third jersey, already worn in the Coppa Italia match against Palermo. A predominantly black jersey on which several granata-colored details find space but above all the sponsors and logos in fluorescent yellow, for an effect of sure impact.
5. Juventus Away - adidas
As in the previous season, the Bianconeri's second jersey during the next one is black but with a charcoal-colored star graphic inserted into the fabric that shines in contrast to the base color. A symbol that has been included in all Juventus jerseys this season and represents the magic of the club's history.
4. Lazio Away - Mizuno
Mizuno's return to Serie A coincided with a new jersey in black for Sarri's team, also featuring the addition of a sort of sound wave in yellow and green that runs through the logos on the front of the jersey. Also once again the logo stylized by Cesare Benincasa in 1982 and still beloved by the fans was used.
3. Napoli Third - EA7
Worn by Spalletti's players in the friendly match against Espanyol, it represents the third colorway already shown by Napoli and EA7 after countless proposals during last season. In this case it was inspired by the color of the sea at night, with the moon's reflections drawing an elegant and clean degradé pixel pattern.
2. Sampdoria Home - Macron
Sampdoria's jersey was voted the most beautiful ever, so it is not surprising to see it ranked so high. Macron opted for tradition, keeping the iconic white, red, and black horizontal stripe in a sea of blue, with the coat of arms of the Genoese Republic above, while the technical sponsor and club logos are in their usual places.
1. Roma Home - New Balance
Between neoclassicism and modernity, the Giallorossi's home jersey blends the typical red and yellow palette with a graphic print derived from ASR's 1930 circular crest, which New Balance has already featured on Roma's jerseys this season. The new jersey is complemented by a polo collar with embossed buttons and yellow trim, while the back of the collar features the words "Sons of Rome" in homage to the bond between the city and the team that bears its name.
