The PUMA Orbita ball will be used on the Serie A pitches but also for the Coppa Italia and the Primavera championship. Presenting the new model are two PUMA athletes and major players of the upcoming season, Olivier Giroud and Alessandro Bastoni. The design of the new model is inspired by the world of motorsport, with blue and red graphics on a white background that refer to the concept of speed, shared between cars and ball. Orbita is made up of 12 star-shaped panels, with technologies that allow for maximum performance and stability in flight. All that remains is to wait to see it for the first match of the season, scheduled for the weekend of 19 August.

The Premier League fixture list has been unveiled in the last few hours, and on 12 August there will already be a big match on the first day. Chelsea and Liverpool will take the field with the new ball presented by Nike, which chooses to use a white base with orange spots and black details such as the swoosh and a curved line designed to help recognise the trajectory when the ball is in motion. The Nike Flight model also features the Premier League logo on the inside, while the surface is made using AerowSculpt technology, with shaping that promotes stability and aerodynamics.
