We’re in June, the leagues are over and the athletes can rest and get ready for the season to come. But we didn’t miss the last releases in football boots world, worn in the most important moments of the season.
Here’s the new chapter in the nss sports X Football Icons 360 collaboration.
Nike “Time to Shine” pack
For the Champions League final in Cardiff, Nike presented the ‘Time to Shine’ pack. The coloration of this new release had to represent in the best way the Final, with blue, orange and silver. The blue indicates the color of the sky at the moment of the trophy lifting, orange is the color of the sun going down when the game starts and silver is the color that everyone dreams, the Cup.
In this special pack, the Swoosh in silver in all four silos, with inside in-tone stars. In the Mercurials the Nike writing comes back, substituting the Swoosh.
adidas “Dust Storm” pack
adidas also prepared something for the Champions League final, the new ‘Dust Storm’ pack. This last release includes the brand new adidas Nemeziz, that substitutes the Messi16, and the X17, replacing the X16.
adidas ACE17 Purecontrol
The features are the same of the last ACE17, with a bonding Primeknit upper, a revolutionary tech by adidas, with the NSG (Non Stop Grip), to ensure a better grip on the ball. The sole features the Sprint Frame tech, for a better energy than the regular inter-soles with a maximum comfort.
The inner Boost has been realized in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), a material that guarantees an unmatchable energy in every single step, for better boost and comfort. The coloration is half white and half black, with ‘volt’ three-stripes.
adidas X17+ Purespeed
The X17+ Purespeed are the news, with the Nemeziz, that we saw at the quickest players’ feet during the final in Cardiff. The features are very similar than the previous version, with the PureCut Sock System, that covers the laces for the best fit possible. The NSG finishings guarantee a perfect control and the Sprint Frame sole offers stability during the quickest movements.
adidas Nemeziz 17
The Nemeziz is the new shoe by adidas that will side with the ACE17 and the X16, replacing the Messi16. The Nemeziz is a shoe crafted for the quickest players alive, and the testimonial couldn’t be anyone than Leo Messi.
The adidas Nemeziz is a shoe that concentrates many new features, among which the AGILITYBANDAGE system, that can count on the TORSIONTAPES technology, capable of blocking the foot in an optimal position, guaranteeing a perfect fit. The dual-lock neck, on the other side, keeps the ankle locked and allows changes of direction at an unthinkable speed. The sole has also been redesigned, and thanks to the TORSIONFRAME technology, provided with a super-light structure with TORSIONRIBS veining, guarantees a superb dynamic support. The new AGILITYKNIT 2.0 spun offers a soft and adaptable surface, for an unmatched lightness feeling.
NIKEiD x Monaco pack
To celebrate Ligue 1’s victory by the Monegasque, Nike prepared a special ‘NIKEiD x Monaco’ pack, inspired by the colors of the club trained by Leonardo Jardim. This special pack features a limited edition of all four Nike’s shoes with Monegasque colors: Mercurial, Magista, Hypervenom and Tiempo. As Nike recalls, Monaco embodies all the qualities that its shoes try to enhance: speed, fantasy and also a little bit of insolence.
