As always, the Paris Fashion Week shows demonstrate the strong relationship between soccer and fashion, and after Off-White and David Koma, Parisian fashion house BOTTER has unveiled directly on the catwalk its collaboration with adidas. Rushemy Botter and LisiHerrebrugh's label released for the FW22 "Dear Earth" collection its models with shoes on their feet obtained by putting a pair of soccer shoes on the upper of a leather Derby shoe. BOTTER had already collaborated with adidas' partner company Parley for the Oceans in the SS22 collection, and in this new collection he decided to create this cross between a performance shoe with a formal shoe.
They were presented in two versions, one in a classic black and white that enhances the three stripes placed on the sides, and one spray painted gold and blue. After making a sneaker titled Banker Shoe in 2018 by placing Nike VaporMaxes again on the silhouette of a Derby,BOTTER continues to make hybrids that push the limits of footwear further and further.
